“I had Cynthia and Carlos Construction work on 3 projects for me. I needed siding done, new windows replaced and I needed a new deck railing. The crew came out in the winter in February and not only got the job done in the cold and snow, but they took the time to do quality work. The work was so well done the city of Burnsville's inspector went out of his way to praise the excellent work they did. For instance they took the corner of my home that had a lot of rotted wood and completely redid it all the way to the studs! There were other parts of the house with rotted wood that they also removed and replaced before they put the siding up. The deck railing they completed was reinforced so it is solid as a rock. And the windows are quality windows that I can enjoy. They also were very patient in dealing with my Home Owner's Association. They made sure to keep them happy and to keep me happy. They took care of the permits and the paperwork with the Association so the job could get done. And the crew did not leave a mess when they were done. Their bid was reasonable and I never felt like I was being overcharged. Any extra expenses that came up Carlos made sure to contact me and let me know. Cynthia Carlos Construction is a company I cannot recommend more highly.”
